Once you place your order it takes 2-3 business days to process and verify credit card authorization (this is how long it takes for the funds to hit our account) before we ship out your order. Generally shipping takes about 2-3 days (total 5-7 days). When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. We only ship to CONFIRMED addresses from Paypal. If your address is unconfirmed we will email you to verify your address to ensure accurate delivery. In the event that your package is left at the post office after several delivery attempts and comes back to us, we will notify you via email. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holiday. We strongly suggest not booking a hair appointment until you have received your order as things do happen unexpectedly with the post office. Also please make sure that your billing and shipping address are the same.
