Each and every piece of our hair has the cuticle intact and there is no silicone coating process involved. Some companies will suggest they sell virgin hair extensions but when you wash the hair it becomes tangled and it is only manageable for 2-3 weeks.

If using lengths 12-14″ we suggest 2 bundles, if 16-20″ we suggest ordering 3 bundles for a full look if you are going any longer we suggest 4-6 bundles. It really depends of your preference and what you consider to be a full head of hair.

Due to health and safety reasons, there is no refund or exchanges on hair extensions that have been opened and or installed. Please check the quality of your extensions prior to removing any packaging. At that moment if you find that you are not happy with the quality, please contact us via email or our contact us form and we will be more than happy to assist you. The longevity of your product depends upon how well you take care of your extensions. With good and proper care, our virgin extensions can be reused and reinstalled and last for up to one year.

You absolutely can! These extensions are 100% Virgin Human Hair which means you should treat them as your own. Washing and conditioning should be done to keep your extensions fresh and healthy. Because the cuticles are no longer attached to the scalp it is important to condition your hair. As far as blow drying we suggest you let your hair air dry.

Yes you can apply oil to your extensions but to keep the body it is not recommended.

Yes you can use styling products on your extensions but we recommend that you keep products to a minimum to avoid build up. For a wet and wavy look we suggest a leave in conditioner and water. We strongly suggest AVOIDING alcohol base drying products as they can dry your extensions out and shorten the longevity of your extensions. Be sure to use sulfate free shampoo.

Yes you may color your extensions. We recommend that you have a professional color your extensions.

The hair comes in the originally state of the donor’s hair. Which is normally similar to a 1 or 1B. (Keep in mind the extensions can be colored to your liking).

Yes you can swim in your hair extensions but we suggest putting hair in a ponytail or a braid to keep hair from tangling when wet.
