RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our hair is FINAL SALE due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation. NO returns or exchanges.
Now, If you notice your product to be defective, please contact us at email@example.com IMMEDIATELY within 3 business days. We perform quality checks on all hair before shipping so this should not happen, but If your item is defective we may will allow an exchange but we will NOT allow an exchange if the Bundles/extensions has ANY signs of being worn. The hair cannot be brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle and tried on, or processed in anyway. And we recommend you seal your wefts. If our company decides to take your product back, we will notify you and you are responsible for the shipping and shipping MUST have a tracking number that is required to be emailed to us in order for your return to be processed. We REQUIRE a tracking number for returns to protect both the buyer and our business. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, we ARE NOT responsible. Please allow 3-5 days processing for returns. Please note if you DO NOT return the hair or product you will not receive an exchange.
